I accidentally ordered the wrong cards, so I had to send them back. i was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, but the return instructions were clear, and when I had one quick question, they got back to me fast...
The refund came through a few days later without me having to chase anyone or stress about it. Smooth overall, and I’m happy with how they handled the whole thing, especially since it was my mistake in the first place..

"Pretty good selection of card decks"
I was just looking for a couple of different playing card decks and wasn’t sure I’d find much, but I ended up seeing way more options than I expected. They had the usual classic decks, some cool special designs, and a few I don’t think I’d seen on other sites, unless I just missed them elsewhere. The shop was easy enough to browse too. If you’re into card games or collecting decks, it’s probably worth checking out.

"Faster UK delivery than I expected"
I ordered some playing cards to the UK and felt a bit uneasy after paying, since I wasn’t totally sure how the international shipping would go. But the order arrived quicker than I expected, the packaging was fine, and nothing was damaged. The tracking worked well enough too. Overall, it turned out better than I thought and I’d buy from here again.

"Got Help Faster Than I Expected"

"Tracking was solid, which helped a lot"
I ordered some cards from spielkartenshop.com, the tracking was the best part for me. I’ve had a few online orders lately where updates were vague or just disappeared, so my trust in these shops has been a bit worn down. This time, though, I got the tracking link quickly and could actually see where the package was the whole way. It arrived when it said it would, with no weird delays or guessing. Simple order overall, no issues, and I’d probably buy from them again.

I ordered some playing cards and figured they’d take a while to get here, but they showed up way sooner than I expected. I remember checking the delivery update and then getting distracted by something else, and next thing I knew they were already at my door. Everything arrived fine, no delivery issues or anything. Happy with the whole thing.

"Decent cards, nothing too wild"
They looked nice when I first opened them, and the printing is clear enough. But yeah, the cards feel a little thinner than I thought they’d be. After a few games, some of the edges were already starting to look a bit worn. For the price they’re not bad or anything, I just kinda wish they felt sturdier

"Colors came out just like my file"
I ordered a custom deck and was just a little nervous about how the colors would turn out, especially because my design had some darker reds and blues in it.

They ended up looking really close to what I saw on my screen, maybe even a bit better in person. Nothing looked faded or oddly shifted, so I’m just really happy with how it came out and would order again.

I bought a couple decks and we’ve used them a lot already. The corners still look good. The cards don’t bend easily either. They’re not perfect after a bunch of shuffling, but I’m happy with them

"Box was a little beat up"
The packaging was just okay, honestly. The box showed up a bit bent, which wasn’t a huge deal since the item inside seemed fine. I was making coffee when it arrived, so I kind of just noticed it sitting by the door looking a little squished. Not the worst shipping experience, but definitely could’ve been sturdier...

The deck showed up and the cards are definitely real, so I’m happy with it. I was a little nervous because I don’t usually trust customer service to be much help if something goes wrong, but luckily there were no problems here.

"Almost too many card designs to choose from"
I wasn’t expecting them to have that many card designs, honestly. At first I was kind of suspicious that they’d all start looking the same once I clicked around, but there were actually a lot of different styles. I found a deck as a gift, then somehow talked myself into ordering one for me too. The site was easy enough to browse, which helped.
